As a Residential Lead Carpenter, you'll bring hands-on expertise to manage key phases of residential projects, from layout to finishing touches. You'll work closely with the Project Supervisor, interpreting plans to execute framing, cabinetry, and the installation of trim. Leading by example in safety and craftsmanship, you'll tackle punch list items, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct project layout and execution per architectural plans, designs, and specifications.</li><li>Interpret and execute project plans/specifications to ensure precise construction standards.</li><li>Layout and install cabinets, millwork, steel/wood stud framing, windows, and doors.</li><li>Lead framing, drywall, taping, and acoustical ceiling installations.</li><li>Assist the Project Supervisor with scheduling and punch list management.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe job site with exemplary PPE practices.</li><li>Complete punch list items and troubleshoot as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in the construction trade with a strong understanding of general construction and terminology.</li><li>Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.</li><li>Self-motivated with a desire for continued learning and personal growth.</li><li>Highly detailed with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Must be reliable and punctual, with regular attendance for 8-10 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday.</li><li>Ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems.</li><li>Positive attitude toward project challenges, with effective time management and logical decision-making ability.</li><li>Strong work ethic, able to handle pressure, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Physical, mental, and emotional fitness.</li><li>Knowledge of identifying and mitigating safety hazards.</li><li>Team-oriented with leadership skills.</li><li>OSHA 10-hour card preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-Time Position</li><li>Competitive hourly rate at $28 - $36 per hour, depending on experience.</li><li>Health insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays.</li><li>Dental and Vision,&nbsp;</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Develop your skillset and advance in a company that values long-term relationships.</li></ul>Ready to elevate your career?
