This role requires extensive experience in commercial retail and QSR construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects in diverse locations.</p><p><br></p><p>B&amp;C Enterprises is the go-to name for commercial and residential contracting services. With over 30 years of experience, we've built a reputation for quality work and exceptional customer service. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and following the project plan and quality standards</li><li>Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring the timely completion of projects.</li><li>Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams</li><li>Regularly inspecting ongoing work, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering specifications</li><li>Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all on-site personnel</li><li>Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns</li><li>Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, equipment logs, and personnel records</li><li>Quickly address and resolve on-site issues such as delays, supply shortages, or design changes, minimizing disruption to the project timeline&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years' experience as a construction superintendent or similar role in commercial construction</li><li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specifically for ground-up new commercial construction projects</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred</li><li>OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant certifications are highly preferred</li><li>Proficient in construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and blueprint reading</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting salary at $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience</li><li>401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions &amp; profit sharing</li><li>Paid Holidays and PTO</li><li>Health Insurance with employer contributions</li></ul><p><br></p>
