This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to manage everything fromcommercial renovations and new office buildouts to pre-engineered steel buildings and large-scale,ground-up construction projects. As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all project phases, from client meetingsand cost estimation to contractor coordination and budgeting. You'll play a crucial role in ensuringtimelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met. Your expertise will directly contribute to thesuccess of each project and the continued growth of our company. Responsibilities<ul><li>Interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to establish project requirements and scope.</li><li>Develop accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and present detailed proposals to clients.</li><li>Order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely availability of resources.</li><li>Lead and motivate the project team, manage timelines, and maintain organized project documentation.</li><li>Analyze and mitigate project risks, manage change orders, and conduct quality checks to ensure project standards.</li><li>Meet with clients to provide updates, coordinate with code officials, and conduct job site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Oversee site safety, maintain a clean work environment, and proactively address potential hazards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years in construction project management with a focus on commercial projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and estimating software; familiarity with UDA</li><li>Construction Online or similar construction management software is a plus.</li><li>Thorough understanding of commercial construction processes and terminology.</li><li>Skilled in construction budgeting, financial management, and project scheduling.</li><li>Knowledge of occupational safety practices, hazards, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, the ability to think critically, and a problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Able to handle high-pressure situations, manage deadlines, and maintain both physical and emotional fitness.</li><li>Strong work ethic and team leadership abilities.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.</li><li>OSHA 30-hour card preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-Time Position</li><li>Competitive salary at $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience.</li><li>401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions.</li><li>Health Insurance with employer contributions.</li><li>Paid Holidays and PTO.</li><li>Profit Sharing opportunities.</li></ul> Ready to lead and make a mark in a company committed to quality and collaboration?
